The People’s Banquet, Featuring Lucas St. Clair

SHIFT’s popular celebration of the local food system, The People’s Banquet is a collaboration with Slow Food in the Tetons and Fine Dining that pairs local chefs with local farmers, cheese makers, bakers and brewers to create small plates sourced from local ingredients to create the most delicious evening in Jackson Hole. The evening begins with cocktails and hor d’ouevres, followed, at 6:30 p.m., by a presentation by 2017 SHIFT Award Official Selection Lucas St. Clair, founder of Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. After St. Clair’s presentation, the banquet begins at 8:00.
