Eloise Russo is the Executive Director of City Kids Wilderness Project and has been with the organization since 2011. Eloise has extensive outdoor, youth development, and management experience, and oversees all aspects of City Kids’ operations. Her previous experience includes working with the Institute for Non-Profit Management and Leadership in Boston, MA, and with Kaplan K12 Learning Services, managing afterschool and summer school programs for 800 underserved DC youth. Eloise earned her BA in Peace & Justice Studies from Tufts University, and her MBA from Boston University’s Public and Non-Profit Management Program. As a graduate of DC Public Schools, she is thrilled to be back in DC and working to provide positive growth opportunities for youth.
