Gavin Noyes

Gavin Noyes holds a dual degree in Natural Resources and Japanese from University of Michigan, and a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Utah. Born in Utah, Gavin has spent the past ten years working with Native American Tribes and currently serves as Executive Director of Utah Diné Bikéyah (UDB), a 501(c)3 non-profit that engages local communities, elders, and supports the five Tribes in activating Bears Ears National Monument through traditional practice and writing a management plan that will protect landscapes and the indigenous cultures who depend upon these public lands. Gavin has a background in land planning, grassroots organizing, natural resource management, fundraising, government relations, and strategic facilitation. He has two children and enjoys spending time out-of-doors anywhere in Utah.
