Kathleen Doffermyre

DSC_8038Kathleen Doffermyre is the Program Officer at the George B. Storer Foundation based in Jackson, WY. During her time at the Storer Foundation, she has helped facilitate significant generational leadership transition, restructured foundation governance, engaged two new generations in the work of the foundation, and developed and implemented the foundation’s first strategic plan. Kathleen oversees grantmaking in each of the foundation’s three program areas: Conservation Economics, which focuses on mitigating and adapting to climate change by advocating for public land protection and working to reform rural electric cooperatives; Wyoming Landscapes and Communities, which seeks to ensure a healthy and prosperous future for Wyoming by advocating for conservation of the state’s unique landscapes and wildlife, promoting economic diversification, developing sustainable communities and fostering an engaged citizenry; and Education, which promotes place-based education in the early and elementary grades. Kathleen serves on the boards of Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited, The Murie Center, and the Blue Sky Funders Forum.
