On September 8, SHIFT held its third SHIFTx Discussion, entitled “Jackson Hole Latinos in the Outdoors.” This panel explores the goal of SHIFTx model in general and the September 8 discussion in particular, looking at the steps that went into its creation, the facilitation of the gathering, the proceedings and their value, and the viability of export. Emerging Leaders then participate in a dissection of the SHIFTx Discussion Model as they analyze the elements that would need to be in place for successful export.
