Randall Rosenberger, PhD, is a Professor and the Associate Dean at Oregon State University’s College of Forestry. Dr. Rosenberger joined Oregon State University’s College of Forestry in 2003, and is professor in Forest Ecosystems & Society. He received his PhD in agricultural and resource economics and MA in applied ethics from Colorado State University, and BA in philosophy from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania after spending 4-years in the United States Air Force. His research programs on meta-analysis of economic research and benefit transfer, as well as his blending the two through investigating the use of meta-analysis for benefit transfer, are internationally recognized. He developed and hosts a database of recreation use value estimates for North America, and assists others in its use for project, program, and policy assessments. He currently serves the College of Forestry as Associate Dean – Student Success.
