For the third straight year, the SHIFT Festival 2019, held in Jackson Hole, WY was honored with STOKE Certification.
Last year’s SHIFT was evaluated against 92 criteria and 303 compliance indicators by a local independent evaluator, Mac Dukart. The event achieved a compliance score of 80% across all four categories of sustainability performance, which is above the minimum threshold of 70% for STOKE Events certification, and the 80% threshold for the “Sustainable” Certification.
“We’re honored to have earned the recognition as a Sustainable STOKE certified event,” said Christian Beckwith, Director of SHIFT. “We’re grateful to the folks at STOKE, Mac Dukart and the amazing community partners that have made this possible for a third year in a row.”
